I was recommended to use Hague for my first ‘squat’ dental practice refurbishment based on the quality of their work. I like that they first try to understand our needs, before pulling out something from the catalogue. They understand that everyone has different budgets, and expectations and are realistic.
We took the plunge in starting a squat practice in an area where no homes and no people existed. We knew it was all coming and we would be there waiting to deliver dental health care to the newest area in Milton Keynes.
I worked with James on design with regards to room sizes and layouts. I have received many compliments on the unique style of the practice.
Working 5 days a week and setting up a squat practice all at once was hard, but knowing Hague was doing the construction and fit put my mind at ease as I trusted them fully.
Hague got involved with us when the practice was still an idea in our head. Their consultation was almost free. They even drafted a layout so the landlord’s builders knew what might be needed for a Dental practice.
Later, they bid in a closed tender not only for the equipment but also for the entire civil work. It was not necessarily the cheapest but the best.
Hague offers great advice and always recommends products they trust.
James and his team are always approachable before, during, and well after the kick-off. Having one point of contact with a Project Manager helped and whenever there is an issue, James will always pick up the phone and answer.
The most important aspect of working with the Hague team is knowing they are always just a phone call away. Even, Kirsty came down and paid a visit, which I thought was caring and thoughtful. She was interested in the final build and wanted to see how everything was going post-completion.
