When we decided it was time to upgrade our dental surgery we contacted various different companies for quotations. Hague Dental stood out far from the rest with their can-do attitude, and availability to attend for measuring up at a suitable time for us.
Hague Dental’s customer service was brilliant, and everything was done when they said it would be. We went ahead and arranged everything for our Adec 500B Dental unit fitting W/C 23rd March 2020. As we all know this was a challenging week that saw many Dental practices close their doors to in-practice patient care for the next 10 weeks.
Hague was brilliant throughout this process and they continued with the chair fitting as planned and made sure that the room was left in a usable condition for when we were able to resume patient care in practice. Upon re-opening the practice they were able to provide advice on the chair’s full functions and all queries were addressed very efficiently.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hague Dental to other practices and if we were to require additional surgery upgrades in the future they would be our first port of call.
