Project Overview
Just a couple of minutes’ walk from the splendid Brighton Pavilion and 100 yards from its famous pier is Brighton Dental Clinic. Situated on the first and lower ground floors, the practice has existed here since 1939. Now owned by general dental practitioner Ilias Tzampazis, the practice has recently celebrated the opening of two new, lower-ground floor surgeries.
My vision was to convert the 110 square meter space into two additional surgeries together with a decontamination room, CBCT& scanning room, laboratory, staff room, small office, plant room, and reception area. One of the new surgeries could then be dedicated to the growing implant business, whilst the other would be suitable for use by the hygienist. This would free upstairs space for a new general dental practitioner to join the team.
I turned to Hague Dental as I had worked with them in the past and I was confident in their credentials. We were starting from scratch in the cellar and had to work through every detail of the refit, so I needed more than just a supply-and-fit equipment service. I felt confident Hague had the expertise and the high standards of workmanship the project required.
