By Project Type
We decided to refurbish 4 of our surgeries. We’d had a few recommendations for A-dec from several colleagues for their reliability. Hague supplied surgery designs, installed the equipment, and supported us with ongoing service and maintenance.
No Fuss Fitting
The dates were arranged for fitting, Hague was really accommodating as our practice is open quite long hours. We had new CQC-compliant flooring. The fitting schedule was efficient and stayed on course. We were able to give a set of keys and they took the reins. Once fitted, I must say each surgery looks transformed. I was so impressed. We were amazed. All our patients noticed the difference in the appearance of the room and the comfort of the chairs.
Training
We were trained in using the chairs, programming all the pre-sets, and also training in access from all directions.
A-dec demonstration
Jim very kindly spent an afternoon showing us around and talking us through all the different models they offered. The information was helpful and concise. Before we made our decision, Jim came to the practice to measure each of the surgeries, and so recommended different models most suited to the surgery sizes, as a couple of our surgeries are ‘compact’ to say the least.
