Hague Dental are monitoring the escalating COVID-19 situation very carefully to ensure continuity of service, and the well-being of staff and customers whilst following government guidance closely.
There are 3 key areas of focus as follows:
Site Work
We remain open for business but with several measures having been taken.
- We consider our availability essential as we are keeping several NHS and urgent care centres operational. For this reason, our engineers and technical teams are attending call outs, annual servicing and installations. We have issued guidance to our engineers and they are observing the social distancing rules as outlined by the government. Alcohol
- hand gel has been provided to all onsite staff who are instructed to use this before and after every site visit. They are also equipped with the necessary PPE (gloves and masks).
- Our project managers and contractors are continuing to complete construction projects, whilst following the government guidance as per point a.
- All booked project work is still proceeding until further notice.
Our People
All office team members are working remotely and will be contactable via phone and email exactly as before.
We are providing a full service for surgery design, costing and advice to practices using video conferencing.
Showroom and sales site visits have been cancelled until further notice as these are not deemed essential.
Supply Chain
Many of our suppliers of equipment and materials are closed or operating on reduced capacity. This may impact our ability to meet project deadlines and we ask for your understanding in this time.
