Decontamination Compliance Book - Environmental Cleaning Record Book

This log book has been created to provide evidence that full deep cleaning of all areas within the practice are carried out.

Each area of the practice requires a deep clean at pre-determined times throughout the year. This Record Book has been put together to help you keep track of which areas require deep cleaning and also at which frequency.

Use the book to tick once an element has been cleaned and also to keep track of any issues/ problems that are encountered throughout the year.
