The MELAseal 300 sealing device was designed to meet the needs of practices and clinics with an especially high instrument throughput.
Speed
The sealing device is ready for use in just 100 seconds, allowing you to quickly and securely pack your instruments without interruption. This efficiency is achieved as the films are automatically fed and sealed.
Reliable sealing
The MELAseal 300 is fully compliant with EN ISO 11607-2 standards, ensuring reliable sealing of your instruments. It monitors sealing parameters, including contact pressure, temperature, and time, and provides data output via USB stick or network connection for easy tracking and validation.
12 mm seal seam width
The 12 mm segmented sealing seam ensures maximum safety for storage and offers excellent convenience when opening the film packaging.
MELAfol starter set
A complimentary MELAfol starter set (including one roll each of 5 cm x 50 m, 7.5 cm x 50 m, and 10 cm x 50 m) is available to order with the MELAseal 300.
