The W & H Piezomed is an advanced innovation in bone surgery. Using all the advantages of ultrasound technology, the W & H Piezomed is capable of cutting through bone with precision. This is done through high frequency micro-vibrations.
Gentle on Patients
The Piezomed has been designed to be gentle on patients. Thanks to its innovative ultrasound technology, only bone substance is resected with high precision, leaving surrounding soft tissue intact. This means that there is reduced bleeding and pain with quicker healing times.
LED Illumination
The operating field is highlighted by an LED ring illumination, making it easier to concentrate on the area, reducing the risk of any errors and ensuring patient safety.

Three Individual Operating Modes

Automatic Instrument Detection
This feature of the Piezomed automatically detects the tips that are attached, changing the settings accordingly. For every application, the W & H Piezomed offers the right instrument, making the bone cutting process more effective and less time consuming.
Wireless Foot Control (Optional)
This feature allows the user to find their ideal location in the workspace.
