… for when there were issues. We went to The Hague showroom, where the very informative, friendly team spent the morning showing us their whole range of chairs. After being given the pros and cons we decided to go ahead. The Hague team came and measured up, outside of surgery hours as at the time we were very busy clinically and didn’t want any downtime. We were given a few comprehensive quotes and decided on our chairs and CQC regulation flooring, and also some new cupboards. They worked closely with the financing company, Braemar, and the order was fulfilled quickly and efficiently. The dates and times were arranged, and the team worked rigidly to their schedule. Fitting was finished on time and to a really great standard. I can safely say the surgeries looked transformed. I was so pleased. Hague arranged for training on how to use the chairs to the maximum, whilst looking after them correctly for our whole team. The support was a big component of our choice, on asking how long it would take an engineer to help sort out any problems, I was shocked, pleasantly, to hear that they could be there within hours. Amazing. In the coming years, our final 3 surgeries will need refurbing and we will be using Hague. If anyone is contemplating any refurbs, I would strongly recommend consulting Hague, from their quick responses to our phone calls or e-mails, to a perfect finish, to the end product.”
